You can also put it on any area like the neck or around the legs. The different heating and massage options give a good variety of temperatures and pressures. Bought this product after a surgery. Doctor recommended to help reduce inflammation and pain. This product was very helpful in those two areas. Ir has three different settings lasting for about 20 mins before it auto times out. I have also used this product when my back is hurting provides warmth and reduces swelling. Product travels well and is easy to store.
Wow! I didnt expect this tens unit to work as good as it does! It is super strong and works amazing! It also has several different settings It can cycle through which I love. Also, the sticky pads are good quality and are able to be re used time and time again! Oh and this machine is not very big, it fits in the palm of your hand so that its not too big and in the way!
This is quickly becoming my household's favorite heating pad.Very easy to heat up - 2 to 2.5 minutes in our microwave is just about perfect. If you forget how long to warm it up for, there are instructions on the label. More detailed instructions come on the box.It is a nice large size, which fits wonderfully over your entire abdomen or back, or across both legs. I typically use it for my knees, and I love how flexible it is - it easily falls over both knees, and makes kind of like an m shape, so that I can heat three of the four sides of my knees at a time, if that makes sense!It has a great weight to it, so provides a little extra sensory input, if that's something you like. I also like that although it has weight, it is not super thick - I can put it on my knees and still use my laptop computer on it's lap-desk on top of the heating pad with no problems. It is also thin enough to put on your back and sit up and lean back on the couch without discomfort.Absolutely no complaints. My daughter and I have shared it pretty much every day since it has arrived.
My wife and I both have to travel frequently for work and these are great for when you have a long flight or have tired legs. While she prefers to use them after the flight I find they work quite well on the plane. They are very easy to use, and the app, while not needed is a nice bonus so you don't have to manually adjust the settings and it gives you more options.I originally ordered these to be used after long hikes, and do find them to be quite relaxing at the end of the day. It is like getting a gentle squeeze, and the little bit of extra heat feels great. I have large and muscular calfs and these fit quite easily onto my legs.Because of the rechargable battery you cannot check these so if you plan on traveling with them you must bring them as a carry-on.While these very much represent a want rather than a need for me, I can definitely believe there are benefits for people who have leg pain and are in need of relief.
