Please first ensure the device is fully charged (for cordless models) and the power connection is secure (for corded models), then try pressing the power button to turn it on.
If in infrared mode, the light is very faint and needs to be checked in a dark environment. If the lights are off in visible light mode, try restarting the device or checking the power supply.
New products may not be fully charged. Please use it after a full charge (approx. 3-4 hours). Gradual reduction in battery life over time is normal
Please ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and the device is within the effective range of 10 meters. If the connection is lost, try reconnecting within the app.
First, check if the auto-off timer has been activated. Then, check if the power adapter is plugged in securely and is compatible. If the problem persists, it might be a device malfunction.
