1. Ensure the body side of the pad is attached closely to your body.
2. Choose a higher temperature setting and use it for more than 30 minutes.

1. Verify tight connetion between the pad and the controller.
2. Unplug and plug it again, and turn it on again to confirm.
3. If the light still flashes, it is possible that the controller or the pad is damaged. Please contact customer service directly.

1. The pad is timed off.
2. The temperature exceeds the protective temperature during operation, unplugging and turning on again after the temperature falls below the protective temperature.
3. It is not recommended to place the controller on the heating pad or wrap it in the heating pad.
