Helps Relieves pain and stiffness

My Doctor suggested to apply heat to relieve a stiff and painful neck. So I purchased this product and I found that it helped me quite a bit. Initially set the temperature control to 3, later to 4. I did cover my neck so that my bear skin was not exposed directly to the heat. It felt relaxing and the heat made me feel even sleepy. I didn’t feel the need to increase the temperature. The only downside is that you are not to lean against it , including not sitting or laying on it. In general, I am satisfied with this purchase.

The timer and temperature control are both great features, and the fact that it wraps around the shoulders and even goes up the back of the neck a bit is fantastic. Honestly, during the winter I sometimes just wear it on a low setting for the soft/warm coziness factor, but it does also help keep my neck/shoulder tension from getting to the point where it gives me headaches.

Soothing heating pad

This heating pad is the truth. I've read other reviews before deciding to purchase. I brought this to help with neck pain and I must say it helps a lot. It has a on and off button, ad a button that ranges from 1-9. I like to have it on 9 for myself. It gets really hot,but that's what works for me. It has helped me a lot releving shoulder,back and neck pain.

Annoyed I didn't discover this sooner

I have always had neck/shoulder problems that a normal (traditional) heating will pad help with, but they (the other type of heating pad) are always so awkward finding a good position and you have to hold the heating pad on or sit just so, so the heat gets to the area that hurts.
This is perfect and helps SO much. The weight is amazing, the heat is excellent, and the fact that I can snap the button shut and have it stay where I need it to is awesome. You can move around and have both hands free instead of holding it on. I can't say enough good things and I would definitely buy again.

Great product and great value

Got this for my husband who has suprascapular neuropathy in his shoulder. This heats up his neck and shoulder very well to loosen and relieve pain. 4 out of 5 due to the remote being somewhat cumbersome and awkward when in use. Overall fantastic product for the value though
