We only offer warranty service for products sold by Comfytemp US. Offers from other sellers are counterfeit products or unauthorized reselling. To ensure your complete safety and the shopping experience, please avoid purchasing from other sellers.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with all original tags, accessories, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee
For returns due to change of mind, personal preference ("I don't like it"), or non-defective reasons, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at help@comfytemp.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


DAMAGES AND QUALITY ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective or malfunctioning
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item or missing parts

For quality-related issues, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund with no restocking fee.


REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Full refund: Quality issues, defective products, shipping errors (no restocking fee)
  • Partial refund: Change of mind, personal preference (minus 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that show signs of use beyond testing/inspection
  • Items with damaged or missing original packaging (unless due to shipping damage)
  • Products without proof of purchase

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Our 365-day warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
