Long press the heating pad power button for 1s after the power bank is turned on.
3. The voltage/current of the power bank is too low. Please use the power bank we provide, or choose another adapter or power bank which supported 5V rated voltage output and an output current greater than or equal to 2-Amp.

It's recommended to use it continuously for more than 5 minutes before judging if the temperature meets the needs.
2. Everyone's tolerance to temperature is different.
In order to prevent low temperature burns, we have limited the highest temperature.
3. The battery of the power bank is low.
Fully charge the power bank before use.
4. The adapter or power bank's output power is lower than 10w.
