How to Use: Please the eye mask in the freezer for at least 60 minutes before using. According to your needs, the gel pack is heated in the microwave for 30 seconds. Check the temperature is warm enough or whether you need to heat it longer. If needed, adjust the placement and put it back in the microwave for another 10 seconds. Relax your eyes and your mind.
