How long do the gel packs need to be frozen?
Most products require at least 1 hour of freezing to provide up to 20 minutes of consistent cold therapy. Please refer to the specific product's instructions.
What body parts can I use the ice packs on?
Our products are designed for specific body parts like ankles, wrists, knees, shoulders, back, and face. Some multi-purpose packs (e.g., Kids, Breastfeeding) can also be used flexibly on various areas.
Do the gel packs become hard when frozen?
If it becomes too hard due to prolonged freezing or low temperature, you can leave it at room temperature for a while before use.
Can the packs be used for heat therapy as well?
Yes, most of our products support both hot and cold therapy. You simply need to heat the gel pack in the microwave for a short time, usually about 40 seconds (the exact heating time may vary depending on the size of the ice pack, please refer to the product instructions), and then you can enjoy the warm compress.
